Becky has been instrumental in setting up making tax digital and assisting with the quarterly VAT returns. Since then, her input and knowledge has been paramount in the smooth running of the business. We have now introduced Xero and once again Becky has been beyond helpful in the setup, training and running of this programme. She comes into the office to deliver Xero training and has been accommodating around our schedules for these meetings. She is always happy to help in any way she can and often gets phone calls or emails from us with queries about something we haven’t seen before, and she always takes the time to help us resolve these.
